I like the color one.
First rough edit from a wolf sanctuary.
Love that wolf image. Beautiful.
Two more from Colorado. The blown out sky in the second one would have been a good candidate for an HDR shot. Even still, it was getting set to rain, and the sky was just a sheet of grey.

I recently spent the week in Breckenridge, CO with my uncle who is a big time mountain biker. I wanted to do something different and fit his personality. On a bike ride up to Boreas Pass, I saw a nice field with a break in the trees with the mountains and sky behind. I thought it would make for fun group of photos where it looks like he is "letting lose" in the field next to his bike. Not sure if I like the B&W or color versions better.

Yesterday we took the National Geographic Expedition Santa Fe Workshop to Eaves Movies Ranch. It is an old west movie set located south of Santa Fe. The place is run by Thomas who is a old west man through and through. Unfortunately we were met with an incredibly uncommon downpour that did not want to let up and were forced to take refuge inside. Here the participants worked with the models using whatever ambient light they could along with some pop ups. We decided to test out some of the flood lights that were in there and I was taking the test shots to see if it would be worth it. Even with the lights, it was still very dark, but I managed to get away with a few fun shots.
While it is my same general processing I use for my fine art photos, the noise from using 3200 ISO and the difficulty of getting a perfect focus, the photos really took on the look of being shots from the late 1800's. Let me know what you think.
