Loco is correct for number 2.
14 is a Valis game but not number III and not a PCE version.
Oh, yeah, I'm confused. It's gotta be MSX2 or SMS based on the palette and resolution. I got it confused with TG-16's resolution.
So I'm going to go with Valis II for MSX2.
