It's not arbitron independent shit where they send out booklets, but they've always had internal ratings monitoring, and Eric Logan has said numerous times that O&A are the highest rated channel on the platform, highest rated show on the platform, and currently then #1 reason new subscribers say they signed up.

I know a lot of people who have XM, and not one of them signed up for O&A.
Never said "the vast majority of them sign up because of O&A", but more people when asked say they did for O&A than for any other reason.
Also, that's for like the last couple quarters, too, not before then.Sirius has more repetitive playlists than FM stations. Some people like that. I do not. And if you think this merge won't hurt O&A, you're naive.
If they do screw up the O&A show or take it off, I guaruntee you're going to see a lot of subs disappear. Including mine, probably.
