Some say it's when the women is at her prettiest? and that

No. Its scary if anything.

If I saw any of my ex's ,recent or not so recent, walk up to me looking preggers, I would not think, "Oh she looks radiant and beautiful".

I would immediatley think, "Oh shit. oh shit."

Other pregnant women just look mutated and fat. I guess if you are attracted to fat, abnormal chicks it might be a turn on...
