Your Dream Collaboration

think hard on this one guys cause you can only pick 2 teams, that's it. so no posting more then one collaboration. so seriously, think hard on this one.

for me it would have to be EAD and Klonoa Works. Yokoyama and Miyamoto are by far my 2 favorite developers. i would love so much for these 2 to get together and just make whatever the hell they wanted to make.

you know, since the whole Triforce deal and the Star Fox collaboration, this one actually seems like it might happen one day.

still, having Namco and Nintendo (my 2 favorite developers) collaborae at all is more then good enough.
but man, i honestly think that i would faint if i heard an official announcement that Yokoyama and Miyamoto were gonna collaborate on a game.

Back in the day, I always wanted LucasArts and Squaresoft to get together and create a Star Wars RPG.

I remember back when I first started hoping that it would happen, it was right around the time that Final Fantasy VII was released. It just came to me one day and I was like... wow. If they made a Star Wars game with that engine, the heavens would sing.

i'd really like to see blue sky and capcom team up for an action game. something along the lines of vector man meets mega man.

This is related to a previous thread (REAL original): Capcom and Konami. They should join up to make a high-res 2D Gothic horror stealth fighter.

EA and 3DO collaborating would be sweet 2.

My favorite collaborations thus far are Treasure and EAD (Sin and Punishment) Psikyo and Capcom (Cannon Spike, Gunbird 2, etc), and Capcom and SNK. My dream collaboration would be Sonic Team and Treasure, I think. Theirs styles just seem to jive and they're both obviously really talented. AM2 and Hideo Kojima's team could work well together too. Kojima's cinematic and graphic talents would add alot to a game like Shenmue, and both of them know their gameplay stuff.

I would love for Nintendo and Square to come together to make an RPG set in the Mario Universe. And if thats not possible I would like Capcom and Nintendo to come together for one, neigh, two Gameboy Zelda titles. That would be sweet. They could release them both at the same time, and everybody would buy them both, just because!

What am I talking about, that will never happen.

I would like the artists from Cave to get together with the game designers from Takumi and make sweet, sweet love to my gaming sensibilities.

I'd love for Capcom and SNK to get together and make a fighter with all their best characters. Except, y'know, good.

I'm sure Bioware can do what you might wish... may the force be with you.

Personally, I will really like to see Peter Molyneux and Sid Meier put together a game, or Warren Spector and John Carmack. Square and Blizzard.. that would be iteresting IMO.

The funny thing is I've always mentioned Peter Molyneux and Sid Meier in the same breath. Its like I can't mention one without the other. I would love to see EAD and Sonic Team make a completely new game together. New, as in never been done before kind of new.
