Better late than never I suppose, I've only invested about 2 hours into it but I really like it. Fuck I hated the desert though, you spent 5 minutes running to anywhere. I'm sure I'll waste ample time on this, hopefully I'll get company of heroes next.

Edit: Download Desert Combat final for 1942 as well. I don't know if there are that many servers, but I played the SHIT out of that mod for years.

It's pretty cool. I wish the skins would pass quicker in standard mode, it takes like 6-7 minutes to change. There's no way Iin hell I'll ever get all the skins at that rate.

Yeah, it's too unforgiving overall. They should let you save and continue after every five -- or even ten -- skins. Making you start over from the beginning every time is just cruel. This isn't 1985.
