That would be a lot more interesting if the three best pack-in pads ever made weren't missing. Sony's been copying the wrong damn companies all along.

The Jaguar did have a better d-pad than most of the trash in the original image though.

Yep, with the 3. That version even had turbo as a standard feature.

The PS2 version of the Neo Pad kicks even more ass, because it has six face buttons and two shoulder buttons. It's obviously no a pack-in though.

oh hell no. i'd rather hold barbed wire than a Turbo pad.

i always loved the SNES, original J-Saturn and the S-type myself. i picked up an NES pad the other day. it just felt so odd.
