I'm about to go on an interview for a studio manager position with pay that starts at 79k a year. You don't need an MBA to make it in to upper management in the least. You need persistence and affability.

79K? So what. First off "Studio Manager" isn't on my personal top 100 jobs I'd like to have.

The answer to your so what is in my post already.

It's an awesome job for me. You get to be creative, hand out the shit production jobs to the production staff and make decisions for your company and studio. I don't know what line of work you're in but that's not the point here. The point is you can make great money in a management position without an MBA.

80k for a 23 year old is a lot of money.
