The way the first MGO worked was that one player was the team leader (Snake, Raidenov, Ocelot, or Sokolov depending on what faction you picked) and the rest were regular soldier types. Whoever was leading in stats would then respawn as the leader in the next match/respawn.

Yeah it was great for the 8 people who played it without cheesing.

Real men only play in TNL rooms.

Wah, online sucked when I played with a pool of random idiots! This is a situation entirely unique to this particular game and not at all applicable to pretty much every online game ever!

Hey I still play Street Fighter Anniversary online EVERY DAY. You know how old that game is? I can still go online and play SNK vs Capcom (yes, the SNK made game). I dont want to hear that noise. It was total BS.

ps2 versions?

He's talking about his N-gage I think.

just trying to see if he meant ps2 versions or xbox (which would mean peer to peer and not dedicated servers).
