For the first one we should figure out all the normal game options: time, weapon defaults, map, etc... and whether it'll be 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4...
I'm thinking we could have specified Moderator(s) designated to host the game(s) and post scores on thread...
Specified bracket pickers who could setup who will be facing who on the bracket, whether manually (paper names out of a hat) or you could use a generator...

I'd propose two different brackets:
one for 4 v 4 and one for 2 v 2.
Default weapons are pretty much a must for balancing reasons.
Host advantage should be given to a neutral player whenever possible (perhaps just have him stand in spawn and do nothing until the round is decided) and assigned at random in 4 v 4 matches.
Map choice should also be decided by random and chosen by a team consensus. Since not everyone has the new maps, it would be best to stick with the default maps.
A 3-minute time limit with 10-second bleed out seems ideal as well.
Random host is a bad idea. Split it up as fairly between the two teams, perhaps giving the higher seed host in the deciding match in a bo3 or bo5 format. And teams should be able to decide who they want to give their host to (aka easy wins for the top seed the whole way through).
Well another idea would be to randomly decide which team gets to have the host, and then let the team that doesn't have the host choose whom they want to host (ideally, the weakest player on that team).
Im in. How are teams to be deicded? I vote me K3V, S1N1STA1, and Netwurked for a team.
Teams should be decided like APF.
1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze and 1 scrub.
I can fill any scrub role.

Maybe there should be a tourney host that will host all games for that tourney (the fairest way but maybe to time consuming).. or have certain designated hosts for that tourney...
How about if we just assign "captains" (ideally, the best players) to each team and then do a draft where picking order is decided at random?
