You can't touch your TV, but can't you do a rough equivalent with the Wiimote? You aim your "stylus" with the wiimote, press the A button to "touch" the screen and release the A button to lift the stylus. Nunchuk replaces the d-pad, other wiimote buttons replace the DS buttons... I think it's possible.
i wouldn't wanna see 2 screens squished into my tv, though. unless it's some mix of gameplay on big screen with touch screen on ds still functional.
These look horrible.
Geese took Lauribelle.
Or if you had a widescreen TV, but somehow put it on its side, and used a Wiimote... maybe then it could work.
that's...so much extra work.
That would be the best solution for most games, but some games use both screens.
It's a shame. I don't think the dual screens and the touch screen added anything to the DS. If they'd just used one screen, it would have sold just as well IMO. Unlike the Wii, where the controls sold the system and actually adds something to certain games.
Bump for Dragon Quest V coming out in the U.S. today. Anybody else? I've only been waiting 13+ years to play this in English (no I don't like fantranslations).
I have to admit I'm not thrilled about the pokemon aspect of this game, but the story sounds pretty good.
i only played a little of the fan stanslation back in the day. i think this game has one of my fave dq sound tracks. i'll probably end up waiting until i can get it cheaper, though.
