It's really good. Some of the stuff is literally taken from His Name Was Jason, to be expected since it's the same guys. Not too much new revelatory thing revealed, but it's worth picking up. Much more comprehensive than HNWJ. Plus, that one doesn't have an appearance by a certain purple and blue action figure. I haven't torn into the bonus disc yet, and I think that's four more hours of stuff excised from the main doc.
Your legacy continues.
Granted it was NECA's final boxed version, but I'm still counting it as a win.
I think the found footage thing would work if it hadn't been beaten to death already.

Less than a year and a half...I'd have hoped it would be sooner (I mean, how hard is it to churn out a slasher?), but that's not that far off.
Still not sure how I feel about the found footage shit, if it's even true. For every awesome example of the genre like VHS2's Safe Haven segment there's a dozen Paranormal Activities.
Not only will it be found footage, but it's going to be a reboot as well. Not shaping up well.
