I just can't comprehend how this was such a challenge to get made that they couldn't even do it. Give any decent indie horror director or producer a million dollars and they'd be able to produce a serviceable F13 movie in 2 months. The studios ineptitude is just mind boggling.

Too many people trying to justify their jobs.

Just give it a few months and lightning will strike the project and it will come back to life.

You're so right it hurts. Any semi-motivated hack should be able to churn out an F13 movie in their sleep, and the fact that a major studio can't do it, despite having an insane amount of resources at their demand, is fucking ridiculous.
