The Elites (big guys with the plasma rifles) say things, but unlike the Grunts, it's much harder to understand. As it would happen, the reason is because the sounds the make are generic human sounds and phrases in the game, with the pitch adjucted and reveresed, find out what the elites are saying @

Ahhh the cleverness shows its true color's with as it is revealed that they really didn't wanna even bother with making up a language for the covenant.
I think its funny that their hand's are tied now and Bungie will probably have to do the languages this way for every Halo game after this.
Did Bungie claim to have created their own language (Some one should investigate Panzer Dragoon next)?
I always though they were saying Where is He? When they would actually say Regroup. It makes sence, because if you hide after being spoted they would slit-up and wander around and say "regroup"... see what I'm saying?
