Is this some kind of deal THQ and Sega had planed? THQ publishes Sega's GBA games in NA and Sega publishes THQs games for PS2 in Japan?

I don't even think the Brittney game is the scariest thing on the page. Immagine the horrors Sega's poor Ferrari game will have to go through on it's way to PS2 land..... *shudder* DC to PS2 conversions never seem to come out right, and that game was a miracle on the DC in the first place.
