nothing special really:
cut to the front of the head from a tail gate. Like five-ten stitches or something
cut to the top of the head. more stitches
caught my junk in my fly once.
lots of burns from hot metal. The worst being a dime sized area on my left arm that burned long and deep enough that i stopped feeling it.
various bike and skate board screw ups. Nothing as bad as what Josh described though.
At some point in middle school I got the flue of some sort. I recall it causing serious pain to random parts of the body. Every had a muscle spasm in your leg, while you were asleep? It was like that, and it would happen to random places and random times.

I was in a car wreck when I was younger and had my jaw shattered and my teeth knocked out. My face was just kinda hanging there when I looked at myself in the mirror in the E.R. My tongue was also cut badly(esp. underneath), since I was wearing braces at the time. I recovered fully but I'm not happy with my teeth anymore(starting to really discolor) so I'm going to get implants next month. GREAT TIMES!! Put it this way, I ALWAYS put on a seat belt now and force anyone driviing with me to do the same.

There's really never a reason not to wear a seat belt, especially after you're not 3 feet tall. It's not really uncomfortable in any way shape or form.

Nothing hyper painful in my life.
But I did get into a bike (bicycle for the sticklers) accident last year. Almost rubbed my lips off into the concrete. Hit teeth first and chipped a tooth into my lip (the shard is still there in my lip... weirds the girl out). My lips were black for about three weeks with scabs. Broke two fingers that still can't move as well as they should. Scars all around my body.
Good times.

If I broke any of the fingers on my left hand, or my thumb or index finger on my right hand I would probably kill myself.
I'm not kidding.

Giant tree branch fight, got hit in the thumb, it turned black/purple within a few minutes.... I was in so much pain I actually fainted in my bed and woke up hours later still in pain.
Stomach virus. Enough said.
