Analog -> Digital output is always sketchy. A DVI to HDMI isn't so bad, but it won't carry sound.

i think the updates are good. Why begrudge people hdmi just because you don't have it in your 360? It's not like they're making updates that are leaving people behind. They should always be trying to improve the hardware.

The only real mistake was MS's HD less sku.

I think Metal Gear Online may sell me Solid 4. As simple as this sounds, I like the idea of playing another third person online game after Gears.

Not online I didn't. I actually need to pick up the re-release trilogy to play the off-line game again.
