Yes, MGO is going to be included in MGS4, but it'll just be a starter pack with 5 levels. More will be offered via PSN.

Easily one of the best, most well thought out, and rewarding 3rd person online games ever. It was really fantastic. Too bad they killed it by completely changing how it was played in Double Agent.
