The show's premise was great, and his supporting cast helped carry it. Many people carry the opinion that Seinfeld was the least funny out of the group but it was his show.

Jerry wasn't being arrogant or whiny, he was just being Jerry by making a joke of the question. Smiling and laughing through it all. Even Larry was chuckling a bit.
Besides, NBC wouldn't cancel their highest rated show. Suggest they retire so they wouldn't have to pay out millions of dollars per episode? Maybe. But they wouldn't cancel it.
Last episode was terrible, btw.
Seinfeld's more of a douche for going on Letterman to attack the woman his wife stole her cookbook from.
Considering how crazy most of the characters around him were he was pretty much the straight man of the group. I don't think that's something you can hold against him.Quote:
