I wanted to hook up the kids who pranked called me last night at 3 am (in the end they were laughing so hard, I was like can you f&*king do your prank call so I can go back to bed, and they hung up), with a porn store or something. But when I visited the site it told me I was out of minutes even though I never used the site.

You should have hooked them up with 911.

You have to buy minutes now because people were abusing the service too much.
