Zack & Miri Make a Porno

This is a great movie, although it starts out a bit stupid dialogue-wise. Definitely recommended. Some very charming characters.

I agree with this. The first part of the movie was my least favorite. The latter 3/4 were fantastic. The first part was full of standard 'Kevin Smith dialogue', and I kinda felt like I was been here seen that. Same way I did during Clerks 2. But then when the characters started acting like real people, and the movie revealed it's sweet side....loved it.

Perfect description. And pretty much exactly what I told my parents just now. Wad through the first crappy 1/4 of the movie (which, to be fair, does have a few redeeming moments) and you'll be very rewarded.

It's actually a very good date movie, it turns out. Was not expecting that based on the first 1/4.

Fun movie, had a good time. As usual Jay and Randal are the fucking greatest.
