"Let's Fight like gentlemen."

I kinda feel sorry for the guy who picks a fight thinking it's just some typical macho chest beating BS, while the other guy has a more pragmatic attitude and gouges his eyes out or stabs him. Not everyone is out to prove something, and there are a lot of people out there who look at any fight as a kill or be killed situation.

The toughguy posturing needs to stop. Even the most skilled fighter who can take the guy to the ground and own him outright is susceptible to a life ending beating when there are more than two people involved. Dominating someone on the ground doesn't get you very far when his buddy runs up and kicks you in the face or stomps on your skull.

Common sense dictates that the only good strategy is to avoid a street fight whenever possible and failing that, fight your way to an escape using any means necessary. Anyone who tells you otherwise is fronting or stupid.

What the fuck are you people fighting about? I haven't been in a fight since I was 12, where a massive 13 year old beat the shit out of me for no reason. I haven't even come close to anything that resembles a fight in.. Jesus, I don't think, ever.

I got attacked by some wannabe crypt because of the color of my hair, I took a running punch to my nose and walked off. It bled a lot but wasn't broken, didn't really hurt at all. But the next two days breathing sucked. That's pretty much the closest thing to a fight I've ever been in.

You should have gave him a spinebuster followed up by a macho-man elbow off the top picnic table.

Well women when it comes to that kind of shit tend to be emotionally retarded.

I'd be lying, as would every "noble" guy here as well if they can't think of a situation where they had to stop themselves from hitting a woman. I never have, nor is it in my nature too. But the situation most certainly needs some clarifying.

Abuse is one thing, and most certainly a two way street (no matter what "Lifetime: Television for beaten and raped women" has taught you). The way I've seen some women behave, or detected there intentions in certain situations, well I'd certainly excuse the punch after the fact. During it, obviously it would be misinterpreted by everyone who witnessed it and the gentleman in question would find himself in an unfortunate situation. But certainly there is almost always something else going on, and I am not about to let a girl stab me or attack me because it would be unfair if I fought back.

Why is the first guy picking this fight again? Being from the "let's leave the girl moves to the chicks" camp, I can honestly say that I have never in my life picked a fight. I've finished a couple without bringing nads, eyes, or throats into it so I feel comfortable enough being how I am. If someone is actually attempting to kill me then I have to follow suit. It's very simple and I think we had already arrived at this conclusion before it was mentioned that MC Ren controls the automatic.

Every fight begins with something pointless or stupid.

The dumber you are, the more likely you probably are to get into a fight.
