Show me proof of your "fact" or don't post in this thread, you've done nothing to back your facts to this point and I'm growing tired of your points.

I don't know about women cops, but I do think women beat up men alot more than reported since most men will just let it go. Hell, my mother punched and bitch slapped my dad every time they got into an argument (but my dad never returns the favor), same thing with my ex-sister-in-law (who is a total psycho).
Hey there's a good point, if you walked in and witnessed your dad smacking the shit out of your mom, would TNL be all like "yeah, she had is coming!"
90% no, this place fronts like crazy.
My girlfriend used to date some guy who beat her up when she was 20 or so. Apparently the story goes that he cheated on her and then she broke up with him and he beat the shit out of her right in front of his cousin and from then on he was constantly violent. The guy is a major league drug dealer or something (Italian/Black guy) who had shitloads of money and would give her a lot so I supposed that's why she put up with it. A few months ago she went to a concert with some of her friends and she left early to go to work and she saw him and he just walked up to her and when she wasn't having it he hit her in the face and just walked away. He's a big guy supposedly but I pleaded with her to let me do something about it but she wouldn't tell me how to find him (my mom even went as far to tell her to make sure I don't know how to find the guy because they both know for a fact I'd put ten slugs in the guy if I had the chance).
If I ever see this man when I'm with her and he puts his hands on me or her, I'm taking my car key and stabbing him right in his goddamned throat and when he goes down choking on his own blood I'm going to stomp the shit out of his throat/head and ensure that he never breaths again. I'm certainly no tough guy, I have a very violent outburst when I get angry but the only thing I ever do is scream real loud and maybe knock something over or punch something, but I don't like being violent towards people in general. With that being said, I'm crazy enough and I believe that certain people should be permenantly extinguished from the gene pool that I would kill this man, in public even.
Assholes like that give us all bad names man.
My dad hit my mom twice while they were married. The first time she went into the kitchen and grabbed a knife then chased him into the bedroom. The second time he slapped her across the face and she slapped him right back. They both had big bruises on their faces for a few days.
See, now this is real life shit right here and I support this course of action.
edit: oh yeah, lest the softheaded suspect me of fronting or something, I'd like to say that nothing like what Gohron is describing has ever happened to me. I don't know exactly what I'd do if it did. I'm just saying I can see where Gohron is coming from and endorse his gameplan.
Sorry teacher. I'll do better next time.
I can't find the exact study that I got that from (it's hard as hell to find since boolean searches don't work well in this context) but here's at least some evidence that police in general are more abusive, and it stands to reason that the same is true of female officers with civilian boyfriends/husbands.
If you want more evidence than that, you'll have to find it yourself. I don't know what other 'points' you're going on about so I can't help you out there.

Two studies have found that at least 40% of police officer families experience domestic violence, (1, 2) in contrast to 10% of families in the general population.(3) A third study of older and more experienced officers found a rate of 24% (4), indicating that domestic violence is 2-4 times more common among police families than American families in general.
