How's Ice compared to Arctic?

It's a whole lot weaker, but I do at least get some kind of cooling sensation and relief from it. In fact, it may be preferable in situations where I probably shouldn't lean back and close my eyes for a while.

I could see that. There's about a minute down-time after using the Arctics.
