Yeah, that was when I was interning at a hospital for HR. What an asshole. Now he's been fired from the Clinic and University hospitals for breaking 4 million dollar X-ray machines.

Every individual person is their own problem. Broad, overarching problems are society. That's just what those words mean.

I'm not saying people aren't accountable for their own actions, but broad statistical tendencies can be explained by complex social and economic factors more accurately than genetic ones.
