This is also true, which is why PC is my game platform of choice. But the point was still to be acknowledged. Piracy is hurting PC gaming in a way that has major repercussions.

Steam is most certainly not undefeatable. Their are incentives to having a legit version, like all the automatic updates and free content and all, but every steam exclusive I know of has been pirated.
