You can reverse the jury's verdict, but you can't change the sentence. The chancellor sentences you to death either way.Quote:

I did get a not guilty verdict, but as sleeveboy said I was still sentenced to death by the chancellor :sweat:Quote:

Yeah, I hated that short, evil little bastard chancellor :) But thats one of the coolest parts of the game, how you behave in the game prior to that determines the jury's verdict against you. I've played through the game so many times, I've gotten almost every verdict against me, including unanimous not-guilty AND unanimous guilty (I had to be a REAL bad boy to get that one!) :p
Yeah I wish I would have known that back in the day when it first came out. I got to that part and I was found guility and I was angry so I started over again to get innocent not knowing that it would be the same out come -_- what a waste.
What do you think is better? Chrono Trigger or Secret of Mana (been poking around ebay...)?

Chrono Trigger, definitely, along with FF2 & 3 are the three greatest console RPGs of all time IMHO. Secret of Mana was great too, but it was basically a 3-player Zelda with a better storyline. Still a great game, though.Quote:

I didn't play all the way through Secreat of Mana but I did with Chrono Trigger twice actually and I've never done that with an rpg before. It was one of my favorite games growing up. But Fuck it man they are both square and are both great get them both ;) You should import Secret of mana 3 though ;) I haven't played it but it looks wonderful!
Hah, I'd go for Secret of Mana. At you actually engage in combat.
Or you could check out Legend of Mana and see the prettty art and hear the prettty music :).
