My mood has been awful and reclusive lately. Least it is a beautiful night out. Wish I had a hammock to sleep outside in.
Also Icarus is living out one of my greatest fears.

I've accumulated a small box of things to put on ebay this week. One of them was a brand new toy.
I open the box to take pictures of the contents. The fucking thing breaks in my hands.
Fuck you Hasbro.
I was reading an english prof's letter to her students. This sentence seems off to me.
"I believe that new knowledge is created when we interact with established knowledge our thoughts and experiences, and the only way for this new knowledge to come forth is to talk amongst ourselves."
Is it just me or is part of that not correct?
The "when we interact with established knowledge our thoughts and experiences" is off. We are the ones doing the interacting in that sentence, but that's not right. "Established knowledge" is interacting with "our thoughts and experiences." You could say "when established knowledge interacts with our thoughts and experiences," or if "we" really needs to be doing the interacting then say "when we interact established knowledge with our thoughts and experiences."
edit: you know what, reading it again the "we" should be doing the interacting, and there's really nothing wrong with it except that it's written in a passive (pompous ass) way.
Paging Professor Horowitz, you are needed in the Bugging You thread.
I'm trying to get some work done at a cafe on my lunch break, but this jerkoff's unrequested, plunky rendition of Lean On Me on an out-of-tune piano is getting in the way of that.
Nice, Moonlight Sonata encore!
From what I've been looking at, pompous describes her to a tee.
I bet she takes her classes out to the soccer field.
