There may be some who didn't know. ;)
But anyway, I always suspected that's what these suits would want. You can only trust them as far as you can throw a house.
That said, I can imagine the backlash if it actually happened. ISPs aren't going to be in any sort of hurry to comply. Users would protest and also find a way to negate the spyware. And hopefully the clowns would be smart enough to give up on trying to lock the Internet down.
I pay for my music, but that doesn't change my opinion. No one should put up with it.
Stop supporting the record companies that support these douchebags. Do it now.
I don't buy music if I can't buy it directly from the people that make it, or directly from their independent record label.
Steal all that major label shit. Then when the band comes to your town go see them and buy a t-shirt. Even major label bands tend to control their merch. Unless they're stupid. Stop supporting this shit ass system. The only people buying CDs anymore are people that don't get it.
Hopefully more big name bands will follow Radiohead's lead with In Rainbows and take away the suits from the whole process.
I fucking hope so. You don't need retail distribution anymore.
Fuck this outdated bullshit. Fuck you retards that still support it.
