I would say CG only counts if it's from the days before it was commonplace.

I have all the animated cut scenes from Adventures of Batman & Robin (Sega CD) on my site. You're welcome to use them.

On the Jade Cocoon thing it was not animated by studio Ghibli but has the character designer for Kiki's Delivery Service, which is why it looks a lot like a studio Ghibli movie.
