well, if this is true, then i guess it's safe to say that we can expect Nintendo at the next TGS.
as for how reliable the site is...well, ask Ethugg, he works for them.

Everything we say is gold! GOLD!
Seriously, we just reported what New Technix said.
"BTW..." nothin. I beat them both to it...Quote:
Ouch, this is bad news. Well, for Nintendo fans, anyways. I think it says a lot of the current state of the industry - Sony is too dominant.
I dont think its a matter of Sony being too dominant, I think its a matter of Nintendo having a severe lapse in judgement. Are they atleast going to have a showing at TGS?

What would cause them to ditch what's been tradition? They don't have anything new to show since E3. Spaceworld is, I'm sure, expensive to put on. PS2 is out-performing GameCube by leaps and bounds... Why would they hold Spaceworld, except for pride? And didn't Hiroshi Yamauchi finally step down? He was the guy that kept Nintendo proud.Quote:

I think Nintendo does Space World so that they can be the ponly focus at a game show. Makes it easier for media types to cover there games. Nintendo has plenty of dough to spend on Space World, so I dont think thats an issue either. I dont know what thier reasoning for it is, I just dont see Sonys domination as being it is all.

Regardless of who posted the news first, it seems that there are several sides to this story. According to Nintendo of France's managing director, there won't be a Space World this year. In contrast, Nintendo's Japanese website merely states that no date has been set yet. Seems like another case of the left hand not talking to the right hand. Nintendo seems to be having these kinds of problem recently.
According to rumors, the reason why Ken Lobb left Nintendo is because there were massive layouts in NoA, since Nintendo Co. in Japan wasn't exactly happy at the way NoA were handling things.
