No seriously, if you like baseball this is the best game since High Heat.

Whats the baseball atmosphere like? Does it FEEL like a game? Nobody EVER gets the sports atmosphere down right. MLB 2k and Madden have been god awful. ...stadium, sounds, chants, scoreboards, announcing, vendor calls, PA announcers, you know ATMOSPHERE!

Seriously, this feels like baseball.

Don't you have a PS3? If so, download the demo. Otherwise, yes, it absolutely nails the baseball atmosphere. Spring training feels like spring training, Fenway feels like Fenway. It is awesome.

My only complaint is that they recycle like 6 parks for spring training.

After spring training, my SS got a 30k contract for Red Sox's AA team. I negotiated up to 30250, and they accepted. LUNCH MONEY!!

MLB 09 The Show demo is up on PSN.

It looks even better than last year, but the game feels largely the same (but everything do feels abit tighter). The best baseball game just got better and it will be hard for me not to upgrade.... I know there are many baseball fans here but not too many seem to play baseball videogames (or have a PS3). But if you do, this one is a winner (08 was runner up Sports GOTY for me right behind NHL 09).
