I have a better deal! Give me 2 grand for a new computer! A thousand bucks cheaper, and ALOT more rewarding (for me and you)!
Wow, $3000...for Galaga AND Ms. Pacman. For $1000 I'll sell you my genesis Ms Pacman cart.
Honestly though, it looks cool, but $3000? Would anyone here seriously spend that kind of money for something like that?
Well, I guess it's what it worth to the collector.Quote:

Craaaa-zy !!!!
God, arcade stand ups are the coolest looking pieces of video game equipment.
Look at the marquie pasted around the cabinet! Too Cool!
These ia a store near me that sells those. They are really cool. The screens are amazingly crisp. It was also the first time I played Galaga or Ms. Pacman without any screen burn in. They are really nice
Pfft. Every single one of these things I've seen, the Ms Pac-Man is never speed hacked, and I'm starting to think they're made so they can't be, and Ms Pac-Man just plain sucks without the speed hack. Personally, I'd rather spend the $3000 on one of those Centipede/Millipede/Missle Command cabs. Or better yet, spend half of that and just get 2 old-school Ms Pac-Man and Galaga cabs and the other half on some other nice ditties.
I've seen a few other auctions for a plain Ms. Pac-Man cab at about $250-$300. You can get new overlays and marquees on ebay as well.
Dammit, I will have one in my living room someday.
And Rick is right. The speed hack is a must.
That's a really good price actually, I usually see good condition cabs selling for up to and around $700 because of nostalgia factor.Quote:
