I really like the idea of making up a cool photo for a logo.
Why don't you guys stop shitting on mine and post something better. I would have been able to put more time into it but my computer at home crashed a couple of weeks ago and I actually have to work sometimes at work. I know it was subpar, that's why I said it was a rough draft just to get a visual idea.
did you ever take studio classes in college? it's called critique'ing. i'd like to think i made people better in my class by not sugar coating shit. sure they usually cried but it was the only way to learn. you're not getting paid for this so just settle down.
You're right, I'm not getting paid, so oh well. My post came out bitchier than I had meant. I was serious about the part that you guys should post something better though. I don't have the resources that most of you probably do ie. photoshop, so go throw something better together and post it.

Advocate's first design is the best concept in the thread (though what's with the last one? Wine and flowers lol that's awesome for all the wrong reasons). The glasses are a fun novelty but could wear thin pretty fast unless the technical rendering really sold it.
