Yeah, they all undergo pretty similar training and do similar operations. Marine Force Recon units in Vietnam used to initiate attacks on much larger formations to trick the enemy into thinking they were under attack from a much larger group.

Navy SEALS are no joke for sure but keep in mind that Marine Corps boot-camp by itself is no fucking joke either. The difference between SEAL school and boot-camp is you can drop out of SEAL school, you can't leave boot-camp.
