Anyone played this game?
It's a graphic adventure by Cyberdreams, who also made the Dark Seed series.
I bought it last year and played a bit of it. It seems like an interesting game but I don't know if I'll go back to it since I'm not a huge graphic adventure fan. Fans of the genre should love it though.
Is that a PC game? I never was a big fan of graphic adventures, going back to the C-64 days.
Yep, it's a DOS PC game. It came out in 1995, IIRC.
Incidentally, what became of the PlayStation version? It was announced, but I've never seen it at stores.
I didn't even know there was a PS version planned.
My guess is that it never came out because Cyberdreams kicked the bucket. This was their last game, I believe.

I've played it quite a bit, and it's a very good adventure. Very psychological and very strange.
Hehe. Although if you want to bring up some great older PC adventures, then try out the original Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Father.

I have Gabriel Knight 1 and 2. I can't say I have played them much yet. I went on a PC game buying spree a couple years ago and I have a ton of stuff I haven't touched. At least now I know not to do that.
And speaking of graphic adventures, I never did finish my game of The Longest Journey either.
A good friend of mine was very into that game. I believe that the plot is something about an evil computer that eradicates human kind expect for 4 people which the computer tortures on a regular basis. I remember that my friend could do fine with three of the cahracters but got permanantly stuck with the forth. And, if I recall, one of the characters was that evil Nazi-doctor/war criminal
I believe it's based on a famous cyberpunk short story that was, at one time, one of the most circulated short stories on college campuses.
If someone knows where I could find it, I'd love to know...I always wanted to give it a whirl
I've never played it before, but I remember seeing it in a flyer for EB way back when it was released, and thinking: "This is the single greatest title for a video game I have ever heard".
And I still feel this way.
