Do so. By today's standards it's ass ugly, but it has a charming story, fun gameplay, and awesome character design/art.

i pretty much only bought RPG's for the PS1 for the longest time. Suikoden, Vandal Hearts, Final Fantasy 7/9, Wild Arms, the Lunars and a couple others were all bought their respective first days. never got around to finishing Thousand Arms and Legend of Dragoon though. might get to those and Azure Dreams after Persona 3 FES.

anybody here like Jade Cocoon? i have it but can't play it for more than 5 minutes.

It's horrible.

i put in Azure Dreams last night. my god. it's butt ugly.

Jade Cocoon 2 for the PS2 was much better and not a bad game whatsoever. And yeah, Azure Dreams has not held up. Still, it had that P3-esque level of charm and addictiveness. Mackin' it on the sick shut-in girl FTW
