The gameplay shots look kinda neat, sorta super-deformed turn based combat that reminds me of Lunar.

The Etna and Morrigan dialog sells this game.
Every part of me wants to not care about this game.
But I can't help but want it.
So this has about as much of a chance of a US release as Super Robot Wars and Jump Superstars.
man, darkstalkers
New Morrigan sprite for the overworld/fights?
(or just the one from Namco/Capcom?)
I have no interest because it will be in moonspeak only.
I have no interest because it's an RPG, but it's nice to see them taking the characters out for a walk once in a while.
I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the possibility of localization. O3 is publishing Chaos Wars in the US, which is basically the same pandering fanboy trash as this, only with characters no one gives a shit about (Growlanser, Shadow Hearts, Gungrave etc).
I'd say this has a pretty good shot.
Capcom vs Namco didn't get published is what he's basing that on.
I understand where he's coming from, but my argument is that SRPG's have come a long way in the US since NxC's Japanese release. Now that companies like O3 and XSEED have found foothold in the market, an NxC-style entourage SRPG has a better shot at getting picked up today than it did a few years ago.
It certainly isn't hopeless.
