I like Doom 3.

This is great news. I've loved all of the Doom games.

Doom 3 was pretty good. Bunch of whiny overreactions toward it for playing nothing like the old games.

Fuck the haters of Doom 3. It looked amazing on my new computer when it came out, plus it was a metric fuck ton of fun. Then running through the game in online co-op with Opaque made it even better.

it wasn't the scripted events, it was the goddamned spawn closets that were so blatant it hurt.

QFT. I was actually scared shitless while playing this game with headphones, in the dark. Things especially got hairy since you couldn't use the flashlight and gun at the same time, start looking around and BAM! an imp starts raping you.
