Contra arcade wins, hands-down, as does Strider arcade.
Why was there never a home version of Black Tiger? That game should have turned into a major Capcom franchise instead of an arcade one-off.

If we're comparing unrelated TMNT games, how about X-Men arcade vs. X-Men NES?
Technically, Black Tiger did have home versions. They were on computers, not consoles. I agree Capcom should have made a franchise out of it.Quote:

I remember thinking LJN's The Punisher for NES (developed by Beam, IIRC) was pretty good.
Only for the sax player. If it would have used the Zapper, it would have been much better, I think.
Karate Kid has good memories attached to it for me, but is far from good.

Ummm Double Dragon was the same game, minus 2-player, Biff.
They didn't turn it into a helicopter game or something.
