I probably lost a ton of games in various moves. There's been a lot of them over the last five years. Since I don't know any of them by name, I think I'm doing okay!
I did lose GGXX and SFAC for PS2 once. I was really upset about that and proceeded to get new copies for $40-$50 total on eBay. Turns out they were in a box in PA. Whoops.

My copy of Half-Life disappeared. I think my brother loaned it to one of his friends.
I also can't find my copy of Mario Kart DS right now. But I know it's somewhere in my room, so I'm not too worried.
Not that many really. I lost Toy Commander not long after I got it. That hurt. I lost Tales of Legendia after literally only ever firing up the intro. That's all I can think of right now.

I lost my NGPC to a girl's younger brother loaning it to one of his friends (?!). I haven't talked to the girl since.
Oh, I lost a copy of Seventh Cross Evolution. Didn't really sweat that one. :p
I'm pretty sure my roommate at the time stole my Final Fantasy III and Mortal Kombat II for SNES.
Only one really stung. I lent Link to the Past to a friend for $5, and he moved away before I got it back.
The others were trades with friends that never got untraded; I got Sim City for Bubsy (advantage: me) and Super Mario All Stars for F-Zero (kind of a draw).
The only game I can think of that is "Lost" is my freaking copy of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne which my friend has but I haven't been able to get a hold of him in months. I really freaking annoys me because I'll see him come into the CD store next to the shop I work in but he never stops in to say hi. At this point I just want my freaking game back.
