LucasArts to stop all internal development

OK so I know that Lucas really whored out Star Wars games for the prequels, but this is still kind of a shock. LucasArts used to be the absolute pinnacle of PC game development. Now they have apparently decided to finish the Force Unleashed, out source the completion of the new Indiana Jones games, and then give everyone else in the company the boot.

Please, oh please whore out a real XvT sequel to the boys at Totally Games.

This feels like a making official of something that happened in spirit a long time ago. It's like someone who was in a coma for 10 years dying. It's the end of an era, but I finished mourning long ago.

Let's pray for another Interplay style fire sale of those IPs that LucasArts has kept locked in their vault.

Neither of those were internally developed anyway, man. They're still going to be producing outsourced star wars shit.
