I don't much care for KQF outside of its admittedly rad soundtrack. Aside from that, I agree with pretty much everything that's been posted except for the Wizards & Warriors games. They were never good.

Pinball - I think this was R&D1, it certainly has that R&D1 flavor. Either way, it's awesome.
How were the other consoles supposed to compete with a machine that could play Metal Storm, Balloon Fight, and StarTropics? That's not fair to them. That's not fair to me.
Tetris was a really neat puzzle game on the NES, you should really look into that one.

Elite had a badass port on NES. A shame that it will only work properly on a PAL NES.
Speaking of European exclusives, Super Turrican is pretty awesome too.
