Review: All-Star Baseball 2003

Bandit steps up to the plate with Acclaim's newest baseball title.

Acclaim's <i>All-Star Baseball</i> franchise is widely considered to be one of the best and possibly the most authentic, realistic baseball sim on the market. In comparison to last year's edition, released last November, <i>ASB 2003</i> is without a doubt, the most polished title in the franchise to date...despite a few inherent flaws.

It's sad to hear, that the batter interface is still crappy. I hated last years batter interface, and this year's makes me wonder. When will anyone get it right? I have'nt played a great console game of baseball, since WSBB98 on the Saturn.


Maybe the X-Box version of World Series, will bring back the glory of a game like that found in 98.
