October 2008, 31 Nights of Horror Project
So my brother and I have decided that we're going to try to watch at least one horror movie (that we haven't seen) every day for the month of October. As per arjue and a few others' request, I'm making a thread about it. Here's a list of movies I've thrown together of stuff that I'd like to see. I'm open to suggestions, or if any of these movies aren't worth watching let me know. I'm hoping for a solid mix of classics, cornball 50s stuff, 70s slasher, 80s goofy, euro horror and newer stuff.
- Masque of the Red Death
- House of Wax (Price one, not Paris Hilton)
- Pit and the Pendulum
- It's Alive
- Black Sabbath
- The Hitcher
- Phantom of the Opera (1925)
- Salem's Lot (Tobe Hooper's mini series)
- Feast
- Cemetery Man
- Bride of Frankenstein
- Son of Frankenstein
- Ginger Snaps
- Ju-On
- White Zombie
- Frailty
- I Spit on Your Grave
- Cannibal Holocaust
- Peeping Tom
- Night of the Demon
- Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein
- Funny Games
- My Bloody Valentine

I'm also trying to think of Lucio Fulchi (Not Zombi 2), and Dario Argento (Not Suspiria) movies as well.
Last night I watched High Tension, which was pretty good despite my know the stupid twist ahead of time. Still, even knowing ahead of time its plot holes and flawed logic just didn't really work that well. Still, a woman beats someone with a barbed wire post, so that's something.
Anyway, let's talk about horror movies.
