I want the goaltenders I would've drafted instead of the shit I got. I'm dead last in goaltending after the pre-ranked drafts gave me all crap (4 out of my first 5 picks were goaltenders) while passing on Luongo, Marty, Lundqvist, Miller, etc...
3.5 out of 21 possible points. Good god.
So why didn't you edit your pre-draft rankings? I also got guys like Mason and many forwards off the waiver wire, so the draft isn't the end of the story.
I had no idea how scoring worked (ie... this was my first fantasy anything) and the "player rater" meant absolutely nothing to me. I could've drafted based on points, teams, and skill level of each particular player were I there, but I couldn't be. Besides, would pre-ranking have stopped 4 goalies in 5 rounds? After doing this for a while it's clear that in a very small league like this (with basically 5 people playing) that the elite/top level players make a huge point differential. If your first five draft choices are shit then you're screwed. If we were sticking to the original rules (1 keeper instead of 3 per person) then I'd do it again next year. Having the top 20 gone already makes it difficult to compete.
Compare the first six rounds, you and me (in order from 1st to sixth):
Yoshi: Ovechkin, Datsyuk, Luongo (3rd round. LOL), Phaneuf, LeClair, Richards
Hoah: Giguere, Theodore (LOL), Jokinen (LOL), Brzgalov (LOL), Huet, Vanek.
I mean, 2 Phoenix Coyotes in my top 5? Please.

The Blues are really holding me in the goalie race. So far this season I've never not led in wins, I think, but Yoshi will probably catch me by the end.
I'm rooting SO HARD for the Blues to crack into the playoffs. It's been a while, and it still seems wrong to have a playoffs with no Blues.
$20.00 for the NHL gamecenter's "day pass" is way too much when the entire package is 20 dollars a month for four months.
