As much as I want to believe, Raiden IV was published by Moss in Japan. That means there's something wrong with those listings.
I can't get my head around all the shooters on the 360. The potential market for the games is limited by the 360's install base in Japan, plus the games aren't system sellers, so there doesn't seem to be incentive for MS to be bribing developers to make them exclusive.
They also suck balls for us, since MS lied about 360 region freedom, so we can't import.
If you got that listing from IGN it's been like that for a while now. I don't think it actually means anything besides being a placeholder, even their previews still claims that the 360 port is unconfirmed (despite having been released).Quote:

It wouldn't shock me if the people that want to play Ketsui at home would buy a 360 for it, honestly, and I guess a ball has been rolling ever since SnR.
