I put out an update that allows backspin from the teebox or fairway. Might get you feeling a little better about the physics/gameplay.

Now that the community game trial times are 8 minutes download the trial from the marketplace again and give it a go.

Man, that looks like ass. I have a HD DVD fireplace I bought for like 3 dollars that looks awesome, they could have at least put some effort into it.

Don't take it personal, it's just that you picked a type of game that's inherently very hard to live up to the best examples of. It's an impressive effort, but if it looks like Hot Shots/Mario Golf and doesn't play as well, it's an unfortunate inevitability that it will fall short of the mark for anyone that has access to either. If it's any consolation, I think it compares pretty favorably with the golf games that are on XBLA, and it's certainly one of the most professionally-presented games on the Community Games service.

No problem. If you don't mind, download the trial again and give the backspin a try. I wouldn't mind your feedback on how it plays with backspin or what exactly it is about the gameplay/physics that doesn't feel right to you.

Yeah that's pretty awesome to have people working on these games stop by: and I was wondering the same thing about Matthew's game with the death animations of the enemies.

And maybe it's a twisted delusion, but I'd love to see some XBLA games of Reversi etc, and done by communities developers would be awesome. Any plans to bring back your Reversi application matt? :P

I like Easy Golf. The ball was a bit floaty but in a consistent way. I'm going to be piking that up. I have yet to try Carney or that shmup though. Both look pretty cool.

Joust, I went to get a McRib today and they didn't have it anymore. Very dissapointing to say the least.

And about the ships, if there were a bit more wreckage when they crashed below it would be perfect, as it stands it is a nice homage to Raiden.
