I'm not being narrow-minded at all. I've tried at least 10 saisons and they all pale in comparison. Hennepin is the only other suggestion I would give. Foret(though it is "organic") is too weak of a flavor just like Le Merle.
Fair enough. If you like really strong flavor, I might recommend Kastaar. deBlock Brewery. It's actually pretty cheap depending on where you are (was 1.19 per 3pk due to the vendor trying to clean house here) and it's a well done saison/farm house ale. Check it out if you haven't.
... and yeah Foret is organic. In fact, it really is Saison Dupont, just organic (i.e. made by the same people).
Dogfish and Sierra Nevada are partnering up to release two beers. I am curious!
If it's as good as Avery's "Collaboration Not Litigation," then I'm sold... so long as it's made available here.
