Really? I didn't think it was bad and I beat it several times about 10 years ago. When I get this I will try again. I really don't remember it being that bad.

Those of you near a Fry's can get this for $24.99 on either system.
The arcade version of Fantasy Zone being on the disc is pretty sweet as well. That's a selling point.
QFT. None of these games on this collection have any online multiplayer, right? I would kill to have an XBLA rev of Puyo Puyo, preferably without the fever crap.
Question for those that have this already, do they games have leaderboards?
It's straight emulation.
No leaderboards, no online co-op.
I would if my PS3 would play PS2 imports. :(
Say what you will about this collection, and some of the complaints I understand, but overall I think it's really really rad. The 720p support looks GREAT with the filter smoothing thing off. Playing widescreen Shinobi on my TV is sweet. Plus it's got all the Streets of Rage and Phantasy Stars, which that alone would have made me buy it. I approve of this collection and will probably be pulling it out and playing it a year for now when I need my Streets of Rage fix or something.
I'm thinking about playing through one of the Phantasy Stars. The only one I ever played through was II. I heard III was ok, but I think I'll give IV a shot.
I guess my only complaint really is that I wish the museum portion of the disc was waaaaay more in depth than it is.
Overall though, it was $30 well spent for me. Although what it really tells me is I should buy a Wii solely for the virtual console.
I like PSIV more than PS2. PS1 will always be my favorite tho.
IV was great but I never finished it on my Dreamcast. I finished PS1 this year, I don't know if I could play through it again without being able to zip through the first level grind though. II I've never really gotten to play much of, III either.
